John "Jack" Pimm Sr. Memorial Donations

John Pimm Sr. was a veteran of WWII, he survived his tour in various battles in Europe and was able to return home to work in many states and overseas, before settling in Grand Rapids for the balance of his life. Throughout his years he was a dear friend and caregiver to many. He supported many nonprofit organizations including the Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids, the Land Conservancy of West Michigan, and Grand Rapids Community Foundation. John created a fund at the Foundation in the early 90's and has been an active philanthropist supporting various nonprofits in the areas of the environment, healthcare, and education. We are honored to accept memorial donations in Jack's memory to continue his impact through the Pimm Fund.
