In Memory of Robert Hendrickson

Robert Hendrickson Image Robert Hendrickson graduated from Ottawa Hills High School, he attended Hope College, then returned to Ottawa Hills for the remainder of his 40 year career. He served as teacher, counselor and administrator, and coached basketball for 20 years before becoming athletic director. We are honored to accept donations in memory of Robert Hendrickson supporting The Elmo Wierenga Ottawa Hills Alumni scholarship.
The Elmo Wierenga Ottawa Hills Alumni scholarship was established at Grand Rapids Community Foundation in 2001. It was a partnership with the Alumni Group and Bob Hendrickson was instrumental in working to establish the fund at Grand Rapids Community Foundation. Bob and his wife Joan were loyal supporters to the fund for many years. We are grateful for his leadership and support in helping provide scholarships to OHHS seniors.
