100 Years, 100 New Philanthropists
We are seeking a new generation of philanthropists to help usher in our second century of improving our community today and marking out our path for the future. By 2022, we hope to enlist 100 more community-minded individuals who have a clear vision for the Grand Rapids of tomorrow.
If you're already involved in helping shape Grand Rapids future, it won't take much to become one of the Community Foundation's 100 New Philanthropists.
How to Become a New Philanthropist
- Be engaged in the community by getting involved with a committee or hands-on volunteering.
- Support Grand Rapids Community Foundation with an annual gift to the Fund for Community Good at a minimum level of $500 a year, or establish a Donor Advised Fund or a Named Field of Interest Fund.
- Create a provision in your estate plan for the benefit of Grand Rapids Community Foundation.
- Formulate a statement about why you give to the Community Foundation and the causes you care about.
